The frame in which you discuss “white people” and “black people” is very much an American frame. What you mean is “white Americans” and “black Americans”.

And if white people have a “systematic advantage”, then why are the most successful demographics in the USA Indian Americans, then Chinese Americans and THEN white Americans in 3rd position?
