As Marshall Mcluhan coined the term “The Global Village” many years ago.

It’s a world in which all of the same behaviours we had in small communities are coming back because of our technological connections.

Just as they used to do witch hunts in small village, these witch hunts now happen on Twitter.

Just as we used to know everything about each other in our village, we now have extreme involvement in everybody else’s business through social media.

This is the global village. And we’re living in it.
