Can we still call it a "patriarchy" when there are more male suicides, the model of therapy caters to women more than men, there are more male homelessness, and the entire mainstream culture is constantly bashing men?

Just because a handful of men hold positions of power, is this really a "patriarchy"? I thought that a patriarchy was supposed to benefit men over women?
