Sorry. That’s just insanity. Diet is the number 1 cause of obesity. To suggest otherwise ridiculous.
After all, if you stop eating altogether you become extremely skinny. And if you eat 5000 calories a day, you become extremely fat.

This is physically impossible. It’s not possible to eat healthy at a caloric deficit, exercise daily (properly) and still gain weight. The fact is, these individuals aren’t doing everything right. They just think they are.
