But something important is missing here: You also need to have the "right" opinions to make money here on Medium.

If you support Donald Trump, you aren't going to make any money. If you speak negatively about feminist ideas, you aren't going to make any money.

If you write about the "wrong" ideas, publications won't accept your writing, and Medium won't curate your work.

Just reminding everybody again, that Medium is somewhat of an echo chamber for politically left-wing ideas.
