First off, Indians and Chinese people are absolutely killing it in the US. Apparently, they managed to do just fine in our so-called "structurally racist" society. Indians are in fact the most high earning demographic in the US What about them? Any explanation? Nah... that would conflict with the official narrative wouldn't it.

Also, the idea that the best way to combat "structurally racist" is to simply force black people, LGBT people and various other people into roles is simply not true. It's a terrible idea!

Would you like to fly in a plane flown by a pilot who was pushed into the role just because he was black and LGBT?

None of these policies were ever necessary. All we had to do is simply wait. Society is drastically less racist than it was 20 or 30 years ago. All we had to do is wait for the issue to correct itself overtime. Instead, these policies drive more divison between races and groups.
