For god sake. No is ISNT settled. That's why people keep pointing it out.

There are multiple reasons why the pay gap exists, with gender discrimination only being one of these many reasons.

Then feminists flippantly say "Women earn 78% of what men earn" without ever understanding that this gap is not only caused because of gender discrimination.

There is a debate to be had about this topic. Yet feminists continually act as though the debate is "already over" so they simply don't listen when you explain simple facts to them.

1. There are natural psychological differences between men and women (present from birth) that may explain a difference in pay.

2. The pay gap may actually be a gap between mothers and fathers. With women losing a chunk of pay due to pregnancy.

3. Women do work less hours than men on average.

Yet you all just flippantly assume that if there's a gap in pay between men and women that it must be due to gender discrimination. Why would you assume that? What if gender discrimination only accounts for 7% of the pay gap?

To dispute the gender pay gap is not just a "silly thing that men do", it's a genuine, ongoing debate.
