Here's my main question, how big are these indigenous societies?

Because usually, once societies get beyond 150 (Dunbar's number, look it up) , relationships break down, you can't keep track of what everyone is doing and people start committing selfish acts such as crime and rape.

I would be surprised if a society of, say, 10,000 people, had a rape rate of 0.
