I disagree with this notion that digital nomads are this huge problem, pricing all the locals out of the market.

First of all, there aren’t even many DNs to begin with. Second of all, I don’t hear much sympathy coming from the Russian billionaires who buy out a huge amount of housing in London, pricing local Brits out of the market. Or wealthy Chinese people buying up tons of real-estate in Australia.
