I don't think that at all. Women have all kinds of goals in life. But having a happy relationship and potentially children is very often one of the big ones.

And so, if that is the goal of a woman, she should adjust her behaviours accordingly. And she should know that pursuing career successes probably isn't going to lead her any closer to this goal.

Many women are under the misconception that because they have a successful career that this somehow makes her more attractive, and she should therefore be dating successful men.
