I have no idea what "dismantle rape culture" means.

Rapists are put in jail when evidence is available to convict them.

Rapists are shunned and shamed from mainstream society.

Victim blaming is widely seen as completely unacceptable.

And the media is filled with talk of the rules of consent.

What rape culture? Western society is not, on the whole, a rape culture. Because of the reasons stated above.

If a rape culture exists then it is only a sub-culture. Not a part of the mainstream culture.

If you want to tackle an actual rape culture, focus on somewhere like India. Victim blaming is widespread and rape is commonplace.

As for the rape that occurs in Western culture. We should do everything we can to reduce the numbers. But we will never rid society of rape completely. It is impossible. And not single country has ever managed it.

What exactly am I supposed to do as an individual? I don't rape or have any friends who rape. I don't support rape. I shun it wherever it appears.

I have no idea why this has anything to do with me just because I share the same sex as other men who rape. Other men who I have absolutely no contact with and whom I've never met.
