I honestly can't help shaking my head and simply thinking "Americans are ridiculous". That's a generalisation and stereotype, but it was my first thought.

It's literally just a piece of cloth on your face. It has no political significance whatsoever. Here in Vietnam, the government told people to wear masks and the population went "Alright, makes sense".

After all, that's normal protocol for dealing with a virus. Cover your mouth and nose. That's where the virus goes in. So block that area to lower the risk of the virus going in. What exactly is so complicated and controversial?

And another thing. Why do people insist on wearing their mask below their nose, or around their damn neck? Put the piece of cloth..over your mouth and nose...Seriously what is so goddamn difficult?

"It's uncomfortable!". Jesus, it's like telling a child to put on their shoes. Wear the mask for a few days and you'll get used to it.
