I think that AI will be everything at the same time. Absolutely fantastic and absolutely horrific at exactly the same time.

I personally don't think it's being overhyped as you've suggested here, simply because I don't see an upper-limit to how far it can advance. Although I really don't know.

It all seems completely unpredictable to me.
