I think we will look back in 70 years and think it was absolutely crazy that getting hammered on a Friday night was a normal thing to do in your 20s.

Hospitals hate Friday and Saturday nights. They know that as the night goes on their beds will quickly be filled with drink drivers, drunk people fighting, drunk people walking in front of cars, and people who need to have their stomachs pumped.

Sure, for most people alcohol is enjoyable. But are the deaths and injuries worth it?

Alcohol should not be the norm. It should be an event. Something different.
