I would agree that living in a world alongside nuclear weapons where, one wrong decision, one uncontrolled pang of aggression, could lead us to annihilation, that having female leaders could be a good idea.

When we have the technology to make ourselves extinct, it may be the best course of action.

Having said that, leaderships positions are wide open to women. It seems that women in general are less inclined to seek these positions.
