I'm also sick of living with tech created by socially incompetent men (not necessarily white, there are plenty of Indians, for example, in tech companies).

I'm not convinced though, that tech made by women would be significantly different. Most tech is made with the motive of profit. Women, just like men, will simply create the most profitable tech, and it would likely end up exactly the same as it is now.

Also, women are simply less interested in tech. Men's brains have evolved to be incredibly interested in creating tools which were used for hunting. Women, on average, simply don't have as much of an innate drive for technology as men do.

I don't believe there will ever be a world in which there is a 50:50 ratio of male to female software developers. Most women simply aren't interested in coding software.
