I'm informed enough to look at the situation with an unbiased lens, without a dog in the race, without taking a side, and seeing clearly that what's happening cannot be classified as a genocide.

From what I've seen so far, they are trying to target Hamas, not Palestinians as a whole. Only, they don't seem to care very much if regular Palestinians end up caught underneath their bombs. It's heartless, cruel, horrible, but not a genocide.

A genocide would mean they purposefully target every single Palestinian civilian that they see, killing as many of them as possible. This is not happening as far as I can tell.
