Imagine having access to thousands of men at your fingertips and then describing choosing between them as "labour". All you have to do is move your index finger from left to right at a distance of approximately 4cm, and then have a few text message conversations while lying on your bed.
There is far more labour involved in coming up with creative openers and planning for (and often paying for) dates.
Dating apps literally run on men paying premium subscription services. That's the entire business model. So who's labour do dating apps rely on again?
