It’s because nobody ever addresses the most important part of this topic: WHY is there a gender pay gap?

Women seem to immediately assume the only reason for this is gender discrimination. But im fact there’s a multitude of other reasons for the continuing pay gap that we’re all supposed to pretend don’t exist.

That’s why it’s infuriating when people casually throw out the phrase “the gender pay gap”, as though it’s all down to gender discrimination.
