It’s funny how you believe that women’s experience of getting messages of harassment is worse than men’s experience of getting no messages at all

It’s like a white tourist walking through a poor town in India, getting harassed by people trying to sell them something, then claiming it’s unfair.

The poor indian locals, who are never harassed by salespeople (because they don’t have any money to begin with), would be the lucky ones, according to the logic in this article.

Of course, what’s really happening in this situation, is that the white tourist is blind to their own priveledge, and you might say that women on online dating apps are blind to their own priveledge in exactly the same way.
