It’s impossible for me to say. In my personal life I don’t know a single man like that, then again I tend to associate with decent in people.

A “rape culture” would be a society where, on the whole, rape is minimized, victims are blamed etc. That is not our society. Western societies take rape dead seriously.

You could perhaps talk about rape subcultures that are dotted around.
