It's not that the pay gap doesn't exist. There is a gap in pay between men and women.

The point is: why does it exist? Is it due to gender discrimination or due to other factors.

As anybody who has actually researched this topic will know: it's due to other factors. Factors like the types of jobs men and women choose and natural personality differences.

And so, it's incredibly difficult not to roll one's eyes when a feminist brings up "The pay gap".
