The countryside is completely free. There are no fees. It’s cheaper to live there than in the city. If a non-white person wants to go for a walk in the countryside, they can. Just go (for the love of god…).

Also, what exactly is the plan? Should we start making laws so that there are equal numbers of white and black people in the countryside at all times? Should we start banning white people from the countryside?
