I’ve begun to see this issue as a typically American moral panic.

Americans are notorious for not being able to see anything beyond the borders of America. As such, they have no idea about the dirt-poor white people in eastern europe, the racism in asian countries like China, or the slavery that was conducted by different cultures around the world throughout history.

Somehow, the American narrative on race has been exported around the world.

Apparently, the dirt-poor citizens of Belarus have more priveledge than the rich middle class of China, because they’re white.

That’s the story according to American, woke logic.
