Looking for a job in your early 20s is completely alienating.

Every job interview I went to felt completely fake. Full of false smiles and false promises.

And any genuine comment you might make was met with confusion or a grimance.

We don’t want geuine people here. We want obedient workers.

Oh. And you have to be cool. If you dont have the same cool “dont care" attitude then you’re not getting hired. So you’d better fake it.
