My impression (not that I would know) is that you're a genuine intersex, transgender individual. You know, who was actually born that way. Someone who knew from a very early age.

However, I personally believe (not that I would know) that some individuals who believe they're transgender are actually autistic, or perhaps have some other mental quirk. Then, they're exposed to online transgender circles on platforms like Tiktok or Twitter. Here, being transgender seems somewhat "trendy" and a way for that teen to find their own identity.

There are certain other things I would like to discuss on this topic that I cannot say, because I would likely be flagged by Medium for saying so (as I have done in the past).

Let's just say that some young people who think they're transgender end up changing their mind. In fact, I had a friend who did just that. Had he not been exposed to the idea through social media, who likely would have never started taking hormones.
