My question is: Why isn't exercise the absolute first thing recommended by the medical community?
Each day I get more and more suspicious of the field of medicine. Do they actually want us to be healthy? Just how deep does this rabbit hole go?
It seems to me that the first that should happen when you explain your symptoms of depression to your doctor should be: "Right, we're going to put you on this exercise plan for the next 4 weeks"
Why on earth don't they do that?
Has the medical industry been completely captured by corporations at this point who dictate health policy to the entire world?
