Racism is intolerable in all workplaces and all places of education. Anyone making racist comments on social media literally have the police knocking on their door. I mean seriously, what more do you want?

A racist country would be one in which racism is accepted and tolerated. That does not describe the UK.

If Saudi Arabia was flooded by white immigrants who caused problems, there would be protests and violence. If Japan was flooded by black immigrants who caused problems, there would be protests and violence. If Nigeria was flooded with Chinese immigrants who caused problems, there would be protests and violence.

If the UK is a "racist country" by your standards, then which country in the world would you name that isn't a racist country?

There are pockets of racism that come to the surface occasionally. Just like in any other country on the planet.
