Please point to the country in the world, which has solved the problem of rape, that you’d like your country to copy.

Can’t think of one? That’s because the problem of rape can never be solved (without creating a big brother police state to watch all of us constantly, including in our own bedrooms). It can only be marginally improved.

It’s not a problem with “men”. It’s a problem with a small minority of men, who commit almost all of the acts.

People really find it difficult to see this issue clearly and without bias.
