"reverse racism" is just a weird expression that Americans made up. It's called: Racism.

Racism can occur between any race, in any direction, and has absolutely nothing to do with power dynamics.

Even the dictionary agrees: "prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized."

You see that word there: "Typically". That means that yes, racism can occur towards white people.

Thinking that racism towards white people doesn't exist is really, really strange.
