Even the crazy hot girl in your example, you would likely still find her somewhat attractive, but you would be reluctant to go anywhere near her for other reasons.

If I was going to give any woman dating advice, it would be to focus on physical appearance and having a light-hearted, fun presence. I would not tell them to get a successful career or learn languages. I might, however, advise a man to do that. And there's the difference between male a female attraction right there.
