Sure. The pay gap will never disappear because women on average are naturally less interested in the types of careers that pay high salaries. (eg. software development, engineering etc.).
The top positions of society will continue to be held by men because women on average naturally have a less competitive instinct than men. Why? Because of how men and women's brains evolved differently over millions of years.
This is not a slight against women. You have to be slightly insane to obsessively try and earn more money at the expense of the enjoyment in your life.
In the UK, there's a giant push to get women involved in football. It's worked to some extent, but the women's game will never be as big as the men's game. Why? Biology (again). Women on average are simply less interested in spending their weekends watching football matches, whereas men can't get enough of it.

Feminists think that human beings are a blank slate and that everything is determined by the culture.
It's not. Biology is a thing.
And that's why the goals of feminism will never actually be reached, and feminists will complain about "living in a patriarchy" forever.
