That is not far-right. That is moderate right.
These are actual far-right positions:
Anti-LGBT. As in, they think LGBT individuals should be banned or imprisoned.
Racial superiority.
Nationalism. Aggressively protesting against immigration and using threats of violence to intimidate them.
Authoritarianism. They want centralised control that rules with a brutal fist.
You can't just label everybody who leans slightly right as "far-right". If Konstantin is far-right, then what are you going to call people who are ACTUALLY far-right?

No, far-right is used here, and in other places, to smear the reputations of people the left disagrees with. To put them in the "crazy" box.
