The Guardian is a mainstream news source in the UK. A traditional form of media, with far less of an audience than Joe Rogan.

If Joe Rogan gets destroyed or discredited, audiences will more towards the so called "official" news sources. The Guardian is one of those, and will benefit from the destruction of Joe Rogan.

Those European countries have quite a high level of English, especially Germany (As an English teacher, I would know). There are plenty of listeners from various countries in Europe.
