The meaning of "woke" has deviated from it's original meaning in black American culture.

It is now a socially deterministic ideology shared between millions of of people which is a mix of critical race theory, feminism, transgender theory as well as others belief systems.

In general, woke ideology ranks people according to their groups "privilege". People are ranked according to their skin colour, gender, sexuality as well as various other factors.

There. That's what woke means. And it most certainly isn't about being kind to others.
