The thing is, that’s not true. I’ve often thought about the suffering of women and girls. How could I not? It’s in the mainstream media. Constantly.

I’ve put myself in the shoes of a woman who feels unsafe coming home by themselves. Or women who are victims of sexual assault. Or women who are talked down to by a male boss. All of western culture has been bombarded with just how hard it is to be a woman. We get it.

Is there any empathy for men in return? Barely any. I never hear feminists attempting to put themselves in the shoes of men.
