Conversation about white privilege, racism or transgender issues don’t cause any threat to the power structure. The mainstream media allows these issues into the framework for discussion.

Other questions like “Why does America have military bases all around the world?” and “Did America create ISIS?” are not allowed inside the framework for discussion.

They’re simply not discussed on mainstream media.

The media doesn’t tell us what to think. It tells us what to think about.

It’s called agenda setting theory.

The mainstream media controls where the attention of the population goes. And in this way, you can truly call the media a mind control tool.
