The UK is one of the LEAST racist countries in the world. Name a country that is less racist than the UK. You can’t. It doesn’t exist. Because we hold western countries to an impossible standard. If 5% of the country is racist, it’s deemed a “racist country”.

Racism exists in every country on the planet, but western countries and accepting of other races then anywhere else.
