This isn't a particularly new trend, I've seen this kind of rhetoric floating around since my early 20's in 2016.

It's not really a surprise. An entire generation is swimming in dark kind of feminist ideology. It's all over their social media and they've essentially been indoctrinated into it.

This is the end result. People who believe in their hearts that men deserve no sympathy for anything whatsoever because they're the "oppressors" and the cause of everything bad that happens in the world. This is at the core of the thinking of a lot of modern women, both young and old.
