This seems to me to be an entirely different situation.

The 12 year old boy in your scenario is clearly benefiting from the crimes of his ancestors through access to property and other things.

A 18 year old man born in 2004 is not benefiting in any way from the past oppression of women.

No woman cleans for him. No woman caters to him. And the women around him have higher standards than ever before.

He recieves no empathy whatsoever. And he is even sometimes made to feel guilty for crimes he had no part in whatsoever.
