This will never happen. Across all cultures (that I'm aware of), men are the one's who generally pursue women. There is no country on the planet where these roles are reversed. Evolutionary psychology means that the mating ritual is imprinted deep into our subconscious.

Individual women can certainly learn to approach men if they like, but I guarantee you will never see an entire society reverse the roles.
