To be honest, Fresh and Fit has always been a business. They might not actually believe the things they say on that podcast. They just cater to their target audience. They watch the audience metrics and see that when they talk in a certain way, their watch time increases. So they do more of that.

I suspect the way they act on the podcast is very different from their private lives.
