From my personal experience, I know two people who are dealing with long-COVID, one of them is 29 years old.

Regarding your study, I'm not convinced. Hospitalisation and death have clearly dropped since the vaccine rollout.

I base that on the data from the UK. Despite the fact we currently have 40,000 cases a day, deaths are at around 150. Before the vaccine, with around the same number of cases, deaths peaked at 1,200 a day.

Get the vaccine or get COVID, the risks for healthy young people are low either way. You should probably be more worried about driving your car than either one.
