They are openly racist. I saw job advertisements saying “no blacks” as recently as 2021. There is a strong sentiment in China that the Han Chinese people are superior to all others, and as for muslims, they’re literally putting them in interment camps.

Western countries are VERY tolerant towards other races and cultures and even a hint of racism is banned from the workplace or the media.
